Determination of personnel demand

Selection of applicants
- In the application interviews we ask specifically for technical knowledge and personal motivation.
- The applicants are selected according to your requirements.
- We will sign a contract with the suitable applicant.
3.
Preparation of applicants
- Applicants complete a language course in their home countries, which includes medical terms and prepares them for interaction with patients, relatives, superiors and colleagues. The aim is the B2 language level.
- The applicants are specially prepared for the German job market.
- We take care of the accreditation of professional qualifications in Germany.
- Work and residence permits will be arranged.
