Our qualified caregivers are permanently employed with us and are subject to social insurance with a collectively agreed employment contract and are therefore highly motivated to provide the best services. Advidum bears the entire risk of the personnel leasing model. If you do not agree with a caregiver, you will find many other qualified candidates in our applicant pool. In addition, you do not have any downtime due to illness or vacation, we bear these costs as a personnel service provider. You only pay for the work actually performed. We organise the entire application and registration process so that everything runs smoothly and without complications for you.
