How do you organize job interviews?

Job interviews take place in the frame of video conferences. The advantage of this procedure is the possibility to evaluate the applicant with all senses. How do the candidates react towards certain questions? How is their attitude? Do they seem to be self-conscious or nervous?

How long is the recruitment process?

The duration of the recruitment process depends on the language level of the applicant. Moreover, it depends on how fast the recognition process of the responsible state authorities occurs. On average, eight to ten months elapse between the selection of applicants and the start of work in Germany.

How is the recognition of the professional qualification carried out and how long does it take?

The responsible state authorities check individually for each candidate whether the training completed in the home country is equivalent to the domestic professional training. The legal processing time for this equivalence test of qualifications acquired abroad (training, work experience, etc.) is four months, but can vary between six weeks and eight months.

Will the caregiver have a visa and the necessary work permit when arriving?

We take care of all documents required for immigration, including work permits and visas. The caregivers do not leave for Germany before they have permission to immigrate and work.

What happens if an applicant is selected but leaves the programme before the contract is signed?

In this case, our large pool of candidates enables us to propose new candidates immediately who also fulfil the qualifications you require.
